I was driving to Mexico from NYC with my dog and 2 cats when my dog incurred a spinal injury that necessitated our stopping the drive.
The four of us grew so comfortable that I was reluctant to leave the hotel. I love hotel living, did it for most of my 20's so I feel right at home in a hotel.
The community spirit at this hotel, however, really made me feel at home. Everyone was so warm and kind, offering to help with my dog. It was amazing. I just loved being there and am so thankful they helped me when we were in a really tight spot.

Reserved hotel overbooked and they sent me 20 miles away to another and I did not get king bed room we requested and there was no breakfast included like the first hotel, in addition the hotel clerk at check out was very snarky. I will never use Booking.com or Holiday Inn again.

Close to Skyline drive and many other amenities. The mountains were just beautiful with the fall colors and Luray cavers were breathtaking! If you enjoy Greek and Italian food, you must stop by Roma Italian & Greek Dining at least once during your visit!

This unplanned stay was affordable, and the staff was amazing, so caring and accommodating.
In-house laundry, complimentary continental breakfast, pet relief area, proximity to major necessity shopping and a Martin's supermarket.
We stayed for a week to allow my dog to recover. I could not have imagined being anywhere else.
Thank you so much.
Beds were comfortable overall better than I expected from the reviews. I wanted to cancel because of the unfavorable reviews but couldn't without losing the night stay. I was pleasantly pleased with the condition of the hotel. Breakfast was good and hot. The breakfast attendant was a kind and hardworking.
The location of hotel was close to the I81 for easy planning. The hotel was clean and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast offered was sufficient and coffee a plenty for those traveling by road it met our needs.
I didn’t try the breakfast. The hotel’s location was great for me. My room was very close to the ice maker and rear exit. The desk clerk was kind enough to point out where I could park to take advantage of that proximity.
